How is ghusl performed in Islam?
[Janabat is an internal impurity that occurs after sexual intercourse or ejaculation. In this case, for praying, fasting, etc., one must perform the "tahaarat" (ritual purity) and "Ghusl of Janabat".] after deeply cleaning the body, you can perform ghusl "Ghusl of Janabat" is performed in two ways: Tartibi (Sequential) and Irtimasi (by submerging the whole body) First, go under the shower with the intention of head and neck Now with the intention of the right side,

Ghusl water must reach the skin, i.e., when you’re gonna perform ghusl,
if your hair is greasy, you must first wash it 2-3 times with soap.
Rub your body with a body scrubber if needed
otherwise, wash it 1-2 times with soap and loofah.
if the heels and soles of your feet are dirty, you must clean them with a pumice stone.
after deeply cleaning the body, you can perform ghusl.
"Ghusl of Janabat" is performed in two ways: Tartibi (Sequential) and Irtimasi (by submerging the whole body)
[Jenabat is an internal impurity that occurs after sexual intercourse or ejaculation. In this case, for praying, fasting, etc., one must perform the "tahaarat" (ritual purity) and "Ghusl of Janabat".]
For ghusl, we must wash our head, neck, and body and clean the oily parts; if there’s paint or dirt on our hands and body, we must get them off,
because they prevent ghusl water from reaching the skin.
After these actions, Tartibi ghusl is that we intend, I’m gonna perform Tartibi ghusl.
First, go under the shower with the intention of head and neck
And there’s no need to say it lingually, it’s enough to consider in your mind that you’re performing the ghusl
And go under the shower,
open and close your eyes,
move your lips, they shouldn’t stick together, let the water touch them,
especially the auricles are always subject to dirt, they sweat,
The air around us is also polluted, in addition to being polluted, it’s also greasy.
You should first wash [your body] thoroughly with soap so that the ghusl water reaches the skin.
when performing ghusl, rub the earlobes completely with fingers (because I latterly saw someone saying the religious rules [stating that] there’s no need to wash the ears),
Nope,
The ear needs [to be cleaned] more than anywhere else,
One is from the point of view of hygiene because the earlobes regularly collect pus,
One of these gentlemen who is here now, says, I wash my earlobes with soap three times, but they’re still greasy
Well, water can’t reach the skin.
So, after cleaning it completely, go under the shower with the intention of head and neck,
Shake your eyes and eyelashes so that the water reaches into the eyelashes.
Move your lips,
shake the earlobes
till here, we’ve performed ghusl with the intention of head and neck.
Now with the intention of the right side, [wash] the right leg, half of genitals, as I said, no need to say lingually, it’s enough to know it.
Raise your hand under the shower, so that the water passes through your armpit, which is a little hollow, then rub your hand on your armpits to ensure the water passes through it.
Then touch your belly button with your finger.
As the water is flowing down, shake your genitals.
Bend down, this is serious, bro.
Bend down so that the water passes in between your buttocks,
Because buttocks are pressed together, if you don’t open them, the water can’t pass through them,
open your buttocks so that the water passes in between them.
Then the water must flow down to pour from the tips of your digits.
Lift your feet, so that water completely pours through them [your digits].
With the intention of the right side, [wash] your right leg, half of your genitals…
there should be no rings and such things in your hands.
Then, with the intention of the left side, [wash] your left leg, half of the genitals
Again, raise your hand under the shower, so that the water passes through your armpit.
Straighten up, then touch your belly button with your finger
Shake your genitals.
Completely pass the water in between your buttocks
lift your left foot so that the water completely passes through your digits.
This is ghusl of Janabat (tartibi).
Another way to perform ghusl is Ertemasi in which, you perform ghusl by submerging the whole body in a pool, reservoir, or pond.
But after cleaning and washing your body, so that nothing prevents the water from reaching your skin,
then, intend, I’m gonna perform Ertamasi ghusl, for God's sake.
And go under water at once.
Don't forget that under the water, the water must reach all parts of your body.
Open and close your eyes,
move your lips,
If your foot is stuck to the floor, lift it, then put it down.
Overal, in Irtimasi, when going under the water at once, water must reach everywhere at once to be considered Irtimasi Ghusl.
